Skillet Stroganoff
Ingredients
| 1 lb | ground beef | 2 T | Worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 med. | onion, sliced | 1 tsp | paprika | |
| 1 clove | garlic, crushed | 3/4 cup | sour cream | |
| 1 (4-oz) can | mushrooms, drained | salt & | pepper to taste | |
| 1 tsp | soy sauce | cooked egg noodles |
Directions
- Brown and crumble ground beef in heavy skillet.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until all pinkness is gone from beef.
- Drain excess grease. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and paprike.
- Stir in sour cream, then add salt & pepper to taste. Heat through, but do not boil.
- Serve over cooked noodles.

Chop onion rather than slicing.

"1 tsp liquid beef broth concentrate" given in original recipe instead of soy sauce.
Not sure what her "good portions" are, but I'm pretty sure this served 3.
